This past spring I purchased vinyl flooring from Dalene Flooring. The whole process was very easy, the sales people were awesome, the installation went extremely well, and the price was far less (30%!) than competition in Vernon. The quote, by the way, was for the same brand and grade of flooring. Please note: Some companies have hidden fees, over priced adhesive, and various other ways to get you. This was not the case with Dalene. So the 30% difference was in the final price including installation, not price for the flooring. If you want an hassle free shopping experience for flooring without the BS, I'd recommend Dalene Flooring in Manchester.
